Over 100,000 individuals are interred in the three cemeteries managed by Exeter
City Council. We have scanned all of the alphabetical index cards and can now
make these available to you.
Begin by selecting the cemetery from the drop down list below; then the file
corresponding to the letter of the alphabet with which the surname begins. You
will then be able to scroll through the cards until you find the desired
records.

Recent interments are not listed on the index cards as they are recorded on a
database. If you cannot find the interment you are looking for, you can contact
us at the office.
We have a second set of index cards ordered by grave number. We hope to make
these available in the near future.
Some of the graves are over 150 years old and different systems of recording
and numbering graves have been in use over the period. To help you understand
the cards, we have prepared some notes
